At Celestron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into the shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Drop Off Shipment
Attach the pre-paid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
